Refund Policy

This policy is critical for "Personal Care" (Oils) and "Books/Toys". It adheres to the "Right to Return" for defective goods while protecting against hygiene risks. 


Refund & Cancellation Policy 

We want you to love your Alaigram experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned.


1. Returns 

We offer a 7-day return window for most items from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 


2. Non-Returnable Items 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective: 

  • Ayurvedic Hair Oils & Personal Care products (if the seal is broken). 

  • Innerwear or Intimate Apparel (if you sell these under Textiles). 

  • Perishable goods. 


3. Defective or Damaged Products 

If you receive a defective product (e.g., a torn book, broken toy, or leaking oil bottle), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@alaigram.com with an unboxing video or clear images. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. 


4. Refunds Process 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. 


5. Cancellations 

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched for a full refund. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
