Refund Policy

At Alaigram United Pvt Ltd, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
